A quick and easy s’mores dip with layers of graham cracker crust, melted chocolate, and toasted marshmallows, perfect for parties and game days.

  • 2 cups (340g) semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
  • 3 cups (about 150g) mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup (100g) crushed graham crackers
  • 2 tbsp (28g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until crumbs are evenly coated and hold together when pressed.
  3. Press the crust firmly into the bottom of an 8-inch (20cm) oven-safe baking dish, creating an even layer.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  5. Generously spread mini marshmallows over the chocolate layer, covering completely.
  6. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until marshmallows puff up and turn golden brown. Check at 8 minutes if your oven runs hot.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool for 2-3 minutes to set slightly but remain gooey.
  8. Serve immediately with graham crackers or sturdy cookies for dipping.

Notes

If marshmallows brown too quickly, loosely cover the dish with foil halfway through baking. Use mini marshmallows for even melting and a golden top. Fresh marshmallows toast better than stale ones. Watch oven closely to avoid burning. For vegan version, use dairy-free chocolate chips, coconut oil instead of butter, and vegan marshmallows. Store leftovers refrigerated up to 3 days and reheat in oven to soften marshmallows.
