  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup caramel bits
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • Holiday sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream the softened butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in the chocolate chips, crushed pretzels, caramel bits, chopped nuts, and sprinkles. Be careful not to overmix.
  5. Scoop out tablespoon-sized balls and place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheets.
  6. Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Don’t overbake—they’ll firm up as they cool.
  7. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
