  • 1 ounce Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 ounce gingerbread-flavored syrup
  • Splash of heavy cream
  • Ground cinnamon (for garnish)
  • Ground nutmeg (for garnish)
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional garnish: crushed gingerbread cookies or a cinnamon stick

Instructions

  1. Prep your glass by rimming it with crushed gingerbread cookies or a mix of cinnamon and sugar. Lightly moisten the rim with water or syrup, then dip it into the garnish.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, Baileys Irish Cream, gingerbread syrup, and heavy cream.
  3. Add a handful of ice cubes to the shaker.
  4. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds until the mixture is well combined and icy cold.
  5. Using a strainer, pour the martini into the prepared glass, leaving the ice behind.
  6. Sprinkle ground cinnamon and nutmeg on top. Add a cinnamon stick or a small gingerbread cookie to the rim for garnish.
