A light, refreshing infused water featuring fresh strawberries and lemon slices, perfect for parties and casual gatherings. This simple recipe is quick to prepare and offers a subtle, natural flavor without added sugars.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 large lemon, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups cold filtered water
  • 56 fresh mint leaves (optional)
  • Ice cubes as needed

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare the fruit: rinse strawberries and lemons thoroughly under cold water. Slice strawberries into thin rounds or halves. Cut the lemon into thin slices about 1/8-inch thick.
  2. Assemble the spa water: in a large pitcher or beverage dispenser, add sliced strawberries, lemon slices, and gently torn mint leaves if using. Pour in the cold filtered water and stir gently to mix flavors without bruising the fruit.
  3. Chill the mixture: refrigerate the pitcher for 30 minutes to 1 hour to allow flavors to infuse.
  4. Add ice before serving: add ice cubes to the pitcher or glasses to keep the water chilled.
  5. Serve and enjoy: pour into glasses, ensuring each serving has some strawberry and lemon slices for flavor and visual appeal.

Notes

For a bubbly twist, add sparkling water just before serving. Avoid muddling mint leaves aggressively to prevent a toothpaste-like taste. Prepare at least 30 minutes in advance for best flavor. Store leftover spa water in the refrigerator up to 24 hours, preferably keeping fruit separate.
