These Easy Turkey Cheddar Ranch Pinwheel Wraps are a quick, no-cook lunch idea perfect for meal prep. Made with simple ingredients like cream cheese, ranch seasoning, deli turkey, and cheddar, they come together in 15 minutes and stay fresh for days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet (3 tablespoons) ranch seasoning mix
  • 810 slices deli turkey
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 45 leaves lettuce (optional), patted dry
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese by letting it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes or microwaving in 10-second bursts until spreadable.
  2. In a small bowl, combine softened cream cheese with ranch seasoning mix until smooth.
  3. Lay one tortilla flat on a cutting board. Spread a thin, even layer of the ranch cream cheese mixture over the entire surface, leaving a half-inch border.
  4. Place 2-3 slices of turkey flat on the cream cheese, overlapping slightly. Sprinkle a generous handful of shredded cheddar over the turkey. If using lettuce, lay one leaf flat on top. Press down gently.
  5. Starting from the edge closest to you, roll the tortilla away from you as tightly as possible without tearing. Place seam-side down and gently squeeze to firm up.
  6. Wrap each roll tightly in plastic wrap or parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (1 hour is better) to set.
  7. Unwrap chilled rolls and slice into 1-inch pieces using a sharp knife with a gentle sawing motion. Each tortilla yields 8-10 pinwheels.
  8. Arrange on a platter or pack in lunch containers. Serve cold or at room temperature.

Notes

Don’t skip the chilling step—it sets the cream cheese for clean slices. Pat lettuce completely dry to prevent sogginess. For best results, use room temperature cream cheese and a serrated knife. These improve overnight as flavors meld.
