A simple and comforting peach cobbler made in a slow cooker, topped with pre-made cinnamon rolls for a tender, buttery finish. Perfect for cozy evenings and easy dessert cravings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced (or frozen/thawed peaches)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 package (8 count) refrigerated cinnamon roll dough with icing included
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice peaches into roughly 1/2-inch thick slices (about 6 cups). If using frozen, thaw completely and drain excess liquid.
  2. In a large bowl, combine peaches, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Toss gently until evenly coated.
  3. Pour the peach mixture into the slow cooker and spread out evenly.
  4. Open the package of refrigerated cinnamon rolls and separate them. Place the rolls directly on top of the peach filling, spacing them evenly.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours. Avoid lifting the lid too often. The topping should be golden and the peaches bubbling when done.
  6. When ready to serve, drizzle the cinnamon roll icing over the top.
  7. Serve warm, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

Notes

If the cinnamon roll topping isn’t browning enough, finish under a broiler for 2-3 minutes watching closely. Use fresh peaches for best texture and sweetness. Avoid lifting the lid during cooking to keep heat consistent. Add more cornstarch if filling is watery. Can bake in oven at 350°F for 30-40 minutes as an alternative method.
